By using and providing data to this site you agree to be legally bound by the terms laid out on this page, which take effect immediatly on your first use of this website. If you disagree with any of the terms/conditions layed out, please leave the site immediatly.

1) You may not copy, reproduce, publish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make avaliable to the public or otherwise C4Sms.com content without written permission from the owners. You also agree not to make adaptions of this site and reproduce and imagery or text found upon it.

2) You agree only to use C4Sms.com for lawful purposes only, and in a way that does not infringe the right, or restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of this site. Prohibited behaviour includes sending vulgar, sexist, anonymous, obscence or otherwise offensive content.

3) We can't guarantee that all text requests you send from this site will reach their destination without delay. From time to time texts will get lost in the system. All text credits purchased and spent are completely non refundable. There is no limit to the amount of time you can keep texts for.

4) If this site shuts down all credits will be lost, and no refunds provided. C4Sms.com will give at least 1 months prior notice before shutting down the site.

5) Under no circumstances will C4Sms.com be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise); loss of data; loss of revenue or anticipated profits; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; losses suffered by third parties; any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of this website regardless of the form of action.

6) C4Sms.com does not warrant that functions contained in this site will be uninterupted or error free and that defects will be corrected.

7) If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on C4Sms.com (including local house rules) then the latter shall prevail.

8) If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

9) These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
